The National Research Council is the oldest collegial scientific organization in the Philippines, having been created in 1933. It has the following mandates to: promote and support basic research in all fields of sciences, including the social sciences and humanities, for the continuous improvement of the research capability and professional skills of individual or groups of Filipino scientists; foster linkages with local and international scientific organizations for enhanced cooperation in the development and sharing of scientific information; and promote scientific and technological advancement to all sectors of Philippine society.

PSPA – the only professional association for public administration in the Philippines – offers a wide array of benefits for its members. They include government employees, academics and scholars, researchers, development and non-government organization workers, professionals and students of public administration. It hopes to advance the “praxis” – study and practice – of public administration and public service in the country through its core programs and services to improve the competencies, professional growth and development, networking and partnership building, shaping the countries public administration research agenda, and policy advocacy.

American Society for Public Administration is the leading interdisciplinary public service organization that advances the art, science, teaching and practice of public and nonprofit administration.

PATNet logo

The Public Administration Theory Network formed in 1978 when a group of colleagues sought a venue for discussing and developing public administration theory. Its members now include academics, government officials, and public service professionals. The Network hosts a conference every year in late spring where scholars are offered the opportunity to discuss their work and hear from colleagues from across the globe. The mission of the Public Administration Theory Network is to bring together people interested in a critical understanding of government, governance, and administration.

The Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management is an American organization whose focus is improving public policy and management by fostering excellence in research, analysis, and education. APPAM founded the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management in 1981.

EADI, the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes, is the leading European network in the field of development research and training. It is a Europe-wide network of institutes, researchers and students of various disciplines in the field of development studies. It organises activities and offers facilities for the international exchange of knowledge and experience in the professional field. Its most prominent activity is a General Conference devoted to a topical issue every three years. The official languages of EADI are English and French.

The Young Initiative on Foreign Affairs and International Relations (IFAIR) makes young people a part of global politics and global politics a part of daily political life. In our Think Tank, young authors leave their footprints in current political debates. IFAIR’s Impact Groups give our generation a platform to bring tangible projects to reality. IFAIR’s motto is “Think. Learn. Act.”: We learn from theory and transform these learnings into practical results – and vice versa.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi (or simply Phi Kappa Phi or ΦΚΦ) is an honor society established in 1897 to recognize and encourage superior scholarship without restriction as to area or study and promote the “unity and democracy of education”.

GRIPS Alumni Network is composed of its more than 4,000 graduates who are public policy leaders and researchers who live and work in 110 countries. They form a diverse community that the School continues to support and draw support from. The graduates have gone on to become ministers, ambassadors, central bank (deputy) governors and, of course, government officials and policy researchers and analysts, all working to actively shape policies and make a difference around the world.

Electronic Financial Users’ Circle, Inc. is a professional organization created to promote and share the latest knowledge and tools on Information and Technology applied to public financial management. It organizes Conferences and Annual Meetings as well as smaller lectures and workshops.

AGAP cut

The Association of Government Accountants of the Philippines envisions to be the reputable and dynamic association of government financial management practitioners. Its mission is to organize government financial management practitioners and to be highly competent and accountable professionals. It organizes Annual Conventions and provides scholarships related to government accounting.

I was conferred as Senior Member of Royal Institution of Public Administrators on 6 Dec. 2016 and Senior Member of Royal Institution of Research on 30 September 2017

Royal Institution is the umbrella organisation of more than 300 Royal Institutes of various disciplines and professions which are all duly registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore. These more than 300 Royal Institutes of various disciplines and professions were incorporated to recognise people and to create boundless opportunities for RI members to participate in RI global seminars, congresses, conferences and to present and publish research papers in the RI International Research Journal distributed worldwide.

Wedu (also known as Wedu Global) is a social enterprise based in Bangkok, Thailand. The organisation’s mission is to provide “high potential young women” (“Rising Stars”) from Asian communities with access to long-term mentorship and financing options to complete higher education and develop leadership skills. It also works with NGOs, educational institutions, and individuals based in communities across Asia (“Talent Spotters”) to identify young women demonstrating “strong leadership potential” with a focus on those from underserved communities.

VVN Youth (UNYA Flanders) is the youth department of the Association for the United Nations. We have been active throughout Flanders and Brussels since 2006, focusing specifically on young people and students. In very short terms, we deal with international issues that are on the UN agenda or that we believe should be on the UN agenda. We also try to emphasize the importance of international cooperation in all our activities, the principles and principles of the UN being an important guideline.

ASEAN Youth Organisation is an ASEAN-accredited youth organisation established in 2011 with 270,000 youth community in Southeast Asia. We aim to improve lives of youths in Southeast Asia with ‘Quality Education’, develop entrepreneurial mindset and enable youth employment. Our Mission to impact 10 Million lives by 2025. Our aim is to further empower youth & give them a deeper understanding about ASEAN & its role in our society.

Haring Ibon

The University of the Philippines Haring Ibon (UP Haring Ibon) was established on November 27, 1987 as a youth chapter of the Haribon Foundation in the University of the Philippines Diliman. Since then, it has continuously exerted efforts to raise awareness with regards to environmmental conservation. For more than 20 years now, the organization has been a dominant figure within the university in addressing environmental issues and concerns.
