(Photos) Tiger City: Oslo, Norway

Nicknamed as Tigerstaden (The Tiger City), Oslo is a bustling place, oozing with energy from its vibrant people and captivating landmarks such as the Opera House, Vigeland Sculpture Park, Viking Museum, Akershus Fortress, Frogner Park, Rådhuset, to name a few. Its connection to nature in spite of its cosmopolitan vibe is something worthwhile to see and to learn from. In 2019, Oslo is named as the European Green Capital for its dedication to reduce pollution and conserve natural areas. Instead of implying something scary and dangerous, its sobriquet of being a tiger city has suggested a string of positive things.
