From 2010-2012 I taught leadership and computer classes to the students of Habihan Technical-Vocational School
About the School
At the onset of the 90s, Habihan School for Residence and Institution Services and Management opened its doors to underprivileged young women living in Quezon City. It also offers courses on culinary arts and housekeeping. The school is managed by the Foundation for Professional Training, Inc. (FPTI).
Lifelong development for women from all walks of life is the primary focus of the FPTI. Guided by this thrust, the FPTI Schools believe that raising the educational level of women and developing their skills redounds to the good of the family they belong and the community they serve.
FPTI Schools are well-known to produce job-ready graduates for hotel and restaurant service industry in Manila, Cebu, and Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon (CALABARZON). Given the skills training and character formation that FPTI provides, employers find in all its graduates professional competence and good work values.
