“Comparative Local Governance Learning Visit in Japan”

This learning visit on comparative local governance was organized by the PA 254 Class of Dr. Perante-Calina of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG) in collaboration with various institutions in Japan, namely the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (Tokyo), Research Center for Urban Safety and Security (Kobe University), International Recovery Platform (Kobe), and Asia-Pacific Institute of Research (Osaka). It was held on 12-20 November 2016.
