(Certification) Commercial Cooking

I took the Commercial Cooking NC II (TESDA) course, which certifies a person to be a Restaurant/Hotel cook, from January-March 2011, and took and passed the test on 23 June 2011.

Commercial Cooking NC II is one of the courses offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This training program guides the students in several techniques to prepare beverages/drinks in commercial settings like restaurants, bars and hotels. The students also learn how to cook, prepare or serve food listed in menu, portion/weigh meat cuts, follow food presentation procedure, apply good customer service techniques and process, receive kitchen supply, and follow food recipes.
