(Certification) Bread and Pastry Production

I took the Bread and Pastry Production NC II Course (TESDA), which certifies a person to be a Restaurant/Hotel baker, from January-March 2012, and took and passed the test on 25 March 2012.

The Bread and Pastry Production NC II is one of the courses offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This training program teaches and trains the students in performing/preparing pastries and desserts in restaurants, hotels, and any other food-related firms. The students also learn how to prepare pastry products, follow through proper bakery products preparation, apply bakery products decoration techniques, and package desserts.
